Are you an experienced Manager ready to lead and develop a vital safeguarding service? We're seeking a Team Lead / Team Manager to oversee our Integrated Front Door (MASH) team on an interim basis!
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
🌟 Lead the development and embedding of the Integrated Front Door as the single contact point for safeguarding vulnerable children in Bedford.
📞 Ensure prompt, efficient responses to all contacts and referrals.
🧑💼 Oversee operational decisions about contacts, referrals, and child-in-need assessments, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness.
🔒 Maintain strict adherence to information governance protocols to safeguard data.
📋 Allocate work effectively within the team, ensuring protocols are followed per Working Together guidance.
🤝 Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to research enquiries, identify risks, and make timely decisions.
🧠 Develop consensus views on individual cases and hold ultimate responsibility for decision-making.
