The University of Oxford is seeking a Graduate Accommodation Facilities and Services Supervisor to join its Estates Services team and help maintain high-quality accommodation across our graduate housing portfolio. About the role As Graduate Accommodation Facilities & Services Supervisor, you will have a visible, hands-on presence across our graduate accommodation portfolio, across five main sites in Oxford. Working closely with Facilities and Services Site Managers, you will oversee day-to-day facilities operations - supervising Site Assistants, coordinating and liaising with contractors to resolve maintenance issues, and supporting tenants with day-to-day accommodation matters. You will ensure buildings are safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard. This is a varied and rewarding on-site role where your work directly improves the quality of life for graduate students.
