ARC are working with their client based in Lenwade who are seeking Window Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent contract.
Due to Location, you will need your own transport to get to site – there are no public transport routes.
Key Duties:
* Operating machinery and hand tools to manufacture uPVC and aluminium window frames
* Assembling and glazing units to production standards
* Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
* Quality checking finished products for accuracy and finish
* Working to production targets and following health & safety procedures
* General workshop duties and keeping work areas clean and organised
What We're Looking For:
* Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred (but full training given)
* Ability to use hand/power tools confidently
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
