<h3>Scrub Practitioner - Theatre Nurse (RGN / ODP) – Leeds – Full Time, Permanent</h3><p>Contact Person: sonia.browne@dream-medical.net</p><p>Job Ref: dmkglee1</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Dream Medical are working with a Private hospital in Leeds and are looking for an experienced scrub to join their multi-disciplinary team in a contemporary, state of the art building.</p><p>This is a full time post worked over a Monday to Saturday roster 0700 – 2100 hours with on call commitments as required by service needs.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs</li><li>Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate</li><li>Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme</li></ul><p>Youll be an excellent communicator and team worker – flexible and motivated. Youll feel part of the wider hospital team and understand the importance of continuity in patient care.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience as a registered Theatre Nurse/ODP</li><li>Registration with NMC/HCPC</li><li>Post-registration experience.
