The Role
You will lead and support a team of Sales Data Administrators, ensuring high service standards, efficient operations and continuous improvement across the function.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Development
o Support, coach and develop a team of administrators
o Conduct 1:1s, training and performance reviews
o Motivate the team to achieve KPIs and service targets
* Operational Management
o Oversee daily workflows and team productivity
o Analyse performance data and identify improvements
o Drive efficiency and service enhancements
* Customer Experience
o Handle escalated queries and complex issues
o Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality
o Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
* Training & Compliance
o Onboard new team members
o Ensure processes and standards are followed
o Carry out quality checks and provide feedback
