An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Digital Services Department for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual for the post of Systems Clinical Systems Configuration Manager to join our Digital Directorate at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. You will lead and support a team responsible for the configuration and management of our core Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications, including Rio, EMIS Community, NerveCentre, and CITO. Acting as deputy to the EPR Systems Manager, you will provide technical leadership, oversee system access and security, and ensure compliance with national policies and NHS Smartcard integrity. You will play a key role in digital projects, business as usual service delivery, and the ongoing administration of our clinical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Clinical Systems Team, providing guidance and technical expertise throughout the change process.
* Oversee configuration, documentation, and compliance for core EPR applications.
* Ensure secure and efficient management of system access and user registration.
* Act as an escalation point for complex system issues and support digital project delivery.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams and external suppliers to deliver safe, effective system changes.
