About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant within the academy, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to ensure students with additional needs are fully supported in their learning journey. Some pupils may present with ASD, SEMH needs, or behavioural challenges, while others simply require additional guidance to succeed in a mainstream setting.
Location: ClactonPay: £80-£100 per dayStart Date: Immediate
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Supporting students within lessons to promote engagement and progress
* Contributing to personalised support strategies in line with academy policies
* Helping to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

* Have experience with SEN or behavioural needs (beneficial but not essential)
