Responsibilities
* Implement defined features, bug fixes and user stories following team standards.
* Contribute to the stability and robustness of our software by applying industry best practices when delivering work items.
* Collaborate with fellow software developers, SDET's and DevOps engineers to clarify requirements, break down work, and deliver sprint commitments.
* Write and maintain automated unit tests and support continuous integration by investigating failures and improving code coverage.
* Support the deployment and development of our software by debugging issues, improving logging and diagnostic capabilities.
* Assist with maintaining our production systems by helping investigate production issues, contributing well‑scoped fixes, and implementing preventative improvements such as improved diagnostics and automated tests in the areas you work on.
Qualifications
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Up to 2 years of experience in a technical or security‑related role (internships count).
Technical Skills
* Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
* Foundational experience in or understanding of software development using C#.
* Basic understanding of software development principles such as OOP, Unit Testing, SOLID and DRY principles.
* Team‑oriented and collaborative, with clear communication and strong organisational skills; able to collaborate effectively, take initiative and progress issues with support from others.
* Methodical, proactive "can‑do" attitude with a strong learning mindset and desire to grow.
Desired Skills
* An interest in DevOps practices or exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
* Knowledge of Azure cloud services.
