Your Responsibilities
As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you will:
* Deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
* Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
* Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
* Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to our members when they need it most.
You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside by combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.
What You’ll Need
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
