Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging activities for individuals in a care setting
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for participants
- Encourage social interaction and participation in activities
- Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of individuals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for participants
- Document participant progress and behavior
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals in a care setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals in care
- Knowledge of different activity options suitable for various age groups and abilities
