We’re seeking a motivated Finance Officer to join our clients Finance team at their Wakerley office. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
Your strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and administrative capability will help ensure the continued efficiency and success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Reconcile bank accounts and maintain precise financial records.
3. Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries regarding accounts.
4. Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.
5. Assist in the ongoing improvement of financial systems and processes.

Education, Skills & Experience

11. Qualifications in accounting, business, or a related field (preferred).
12. 3-5 years’ experience in an accounts administration or similar finance role.
13. High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
14. Experience using Pronto ERP (highly regarded).
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
16. Strong communication and customer service skills.
17. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
18. Analytical and solution-focused mindset.
