The Role: You will be instrumental in ensuring students with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) have the targeted support they need to succeed. Your daily focus will include: Targeted Interventions: Delivering personalised academic and behavioural support to help students meet their learning objectives. Emotional & Mental Health Support: Helping students with emotional regulation and promoting positive mental well-being within the classroom. Relationship Building: Establishing positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
