The Film and TV Charity exists to support those people and to push for a kinder, fairer industry. We’re here for the camera crew and costume designers, the runners and riggers, the schedulers and sound engineers. And we’re working to change the systems that make life harder than it needs to be.
Now we’re looking for our first Chief Operating Officer: a strategic, commercially minded leader to take charge of our income generation, operations, finance and digital strategy. It’s a new role, created to help us scale up our impact and build a more sustainable future.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, developing our income streams and building strong partnerships with funders, supporters and industry stakeholders. You’ll ensure we’re delivering well across our programmes and services, and that we’re making the most of our assets, people and data.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with sharp commercial instincts and a passion for social impact. You don’t need to come from the charity sector, but you do need to care deeply about improving lives behind the scenes.
