Overview
A Day in the Life of an Ipsos Field Market Research Interviewer
Imagine it: It’s Wednesday afternoon. Your shift as a Field Market Research Interviewer is scheduled for six hours (starting around 1 or 2pm), with up to three shifts pre-booked for the week across weekdays and weekends between 9am and 8pm. You drive to a nearby neighbourhood, ready to chat with people about their opinions and experiences — right at their doorstep. You’ll be going door-to-door inviting people to participate in surveys. We provide all training to help you feel confident approaching people, even if they weren't expecting a visit. Mileage reimbursement is provided for your travels. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and business insurance for this role.
You’ll use a company-provided tablet to record answers, so no concern about paperwork. You’re making a real difference: the information you gather helps businesses and organisations make decisions that impact your community.
