Our clients require an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to support their small team. This role does have the possibility of going to a permanent role. This role will be ensuring the invoices are entered into the system, using the bespoke software, and also supporting in other areas of finance as and when required. This role is the chance to work in a lovely team, with great offices, and as mentioned, the opportunity to transfer to a permanent role
Job Description:
1. Inputting Invoices into the system
2. Coding of invoices
3. Reconciling accounts
4. Using the Accounts IQ system
5. Admin tasks as well – scanning documents
Person specification:
6. Proven purchase ledger experience
7. Good communication skills
8. MS Office experience
9. Confident IT skills
10. Ability to work in a team
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £13.30 per hour
