Hays is partnering with a local council who are seeking an HR Advisor/ HR Officer to join their busy team based in Norwich on a temporary contract. This is an exciting time to join the business which is about to start a transformation process. This is a true HR Generalist position and you will be required to help with a variety of tasks, including some employee relations cases.
Your new role
1. Lead Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management
2. Support organisational change projects, including restructures and and policy development
3. Assist with recruitment and onboarding
4. Provide HR data and insights
What you'll need to succeed
5. At least 2 years HR experience including employee relations experience
6. Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this
7. Hard-working and highly organised
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Located withinmutable distance of Norwich
