About this Role
The Grange School is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our school's operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape both the HR and Finance functions within a large, dynamic secondary school, working closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Full HR lifecycle management including payroll liaison and safeguarding compliance.
* Oversight of financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and robust control processes.
* Lead a small team to ensure high‑quality systems, accurate data, and efficient business operations that support teaching and learning.
* Work closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in HR and Finance.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience within a school is essential.
* Confident, proactive individual.
