Responsibilities
* Lead and drive performance, set the vibe, and hit goals.
* Build a high‑performing team, train, coach, and motivate staff.
* Achieve KPIs, pushing the team to deliver each shift.
* Maintain tight administration, including rosters, stock, and reporting.
* Create an unforgettable guest experience, turning first‑timers into regulars.

* Experience managing teams and bringing the best out of people.
* Strong people skills, able to handle tough conversations and foster an inclusive culture.
* Operational expertise, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance even in chaotic situations.
