The Role/Profile
The Ocado.com website & app are the shopfronts for our customers and this role is fundamental to ensuring they have the best possible experience. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and organisation to ensure we maintain best practices across all areas of the site.
Events are a key part of our customer offering and this role will support the team in delivering an effective and engaging events programme that drives customer loyalty and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure new and existing products are tagged into the appropriate aisles, using our CMS.
2. Monitor and Support with our ‘Spotted a Mistake’ reports to capture and allocate out any site issues spotted by customers.
3. Support the wider ecommerce team with various projects testing and site optimisations as and when required.
4. Work closely with the Ecom team to create strong event and media banners in line with our brand values.
5. Collaborate and build strong cross-functional relationships

6. Regularly communicate to Ocado Retail teams about event performance and opportunities to improve performance
7. Communication – able to clearly communicate at all levels (both verbally and in writing) across the organisation, recognising individual styles and adapting accordingly. Customer focused

We have free onsite parking at Apollo Court, as well as a free shuttle bus service that runs frequently from Hatfield Station - just remember to tell the driver ‘Apollo Court’ as the shuttle also drops at Ocado Group Head Office!
