Key Responsibilities Strategic Development: Create and implement tailored paid media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients Campaign Management: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, alongside paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure budgets are effectively managed and KPIs are consistently achieved Client Reporting: Produce clear, insight-led reports that translate data into actionable recommendations Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring objectives are met and performance expectations exceeded Business Growth: Support account growth through PPC and SEO proposals to increase existing client activity Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates and innovations within paid media What Theyre Looking For Experience: 2+ years experience in a similar paid media role, either agency-side or in-house Client-Facing Skills: Proven experience managing and developing client relationships Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console Attention to Detail: Excellent grammar and writing skills Commercial Awareness: Strong business acumen, proactive work ethic, and practical problem-solving approach Whats on Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience City-centre office in a premium serviced workspace Ongoing training and professional development Flexible hybrid working model Duvet day an extra day off when you need it If you are interested in this role, pleasse click the apply button or alternatively, please call Kirsty on.
