Apprenticeship Pathways
Depending on your experience, we’ll place you on the right level:
Level 2 – Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship (13+ months)
* Hospitality Team Member or Customer Service Practitioner
* Learn the basics of customer service, teamwork, and delivering great experiences
* Ideal for school leavers or first jobbers
Level 3 – Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship (13+ months)
* Lead a team, take responsibility for operations, and develop leadership skills
* Great for ambitious crew looking to step up
Level 4 – Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship (17+ months)
* Run departments, manage performance, and shape strategy
* Perfect for Shift Leaders or those with supervisory experience
Level 6 (Degree Apprenticeship) – Available when you become an Assistant Manager.

* Fully flexible with availability (able to work weekdays, weekends, early mornings, evenings, and bank holidays)

* Comfortable working shifts, including weekends

3. If successful, you’ll start your role and begin training
