Role Description
We seek a highly motivated self-starter with a strong appetite for learning, building, and collaborating. You will join a large team working across multiple UK sites and globally, engaging in various projects and support activities.
Responsibilities
* Providing Tier-2 IT support to internal staff, including VIPs and Executives, both desk-side and remotely.
* Responding to queries via tickets, chat, email, and phone for our global staff.
* Diagnosing and resolving issues with PC and Mac hardware, software, networks, printers, telephony, and conferencing equipment.
* Following up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
* Creating and maintaining documentation for software and hardware solutions.
* Coordinating work and liaising with other teams as needed.
* Traveling regularly to support other UK offices/sites (Chandler’s Ford, Maidenhead, Datum).
* Managing shipping logistics for remote users.
* Maintaining good communication and documentation skills.
Personal Attributes
* At least 4 years of experience in HelpDesk/Deskside support roles.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially with executives and C-level staff.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
* Experience with PC and Mac hardware, software, printing, and basic networking.
* Documentation skills for creating internal and customer-facing solutions.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
* Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
