Join the thriving and dynamic United Living Infrastructure Services team in Leeds! As a rapidly growing business, we are excited to welcome a new Site Supervisor to contribute to our success. Purpose:
To be responsible for the day-to-day Supervision of United Living Water Limited Yorkshire Water Contracts.
The individual will have responsibility for site management, ensuring the clients requirements are met whilst working in line with the company health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Location of works will be across North Yorkshire and Humber region.
Management of construction activities:
5. Safety. Ensuring site standards maintained, assisting risk assessment, accident investigation, site instructions and inspections.
6. Production. Working to programme.
7. Quality. Ensuring standards of workmanship maintained. Ensure completion of quality records, continuity of process-capability
8. Problem solving / trouble shooting
Control of Costs
9. Manpower
10. Materials
11. Plant and vehicles
12. Damages and thefts
Liaison with Health & Safety Manager
13. Working together to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results
14. Dealing with improvement notices
15. Liaison with Water Operatives
16. Working together to ensure safety, quality and environmental standard are achieved
17. Dealing with actions from technical audits
18. Development / maintenance of competency levels
Liaison with Project Manager
19. Construction planning
20. Delivering safely to weekly targets
Liaison with Client Representatives
21. Progress meetings
22. Day to day
Qualifications
· NRSWA (Supervisors)
· Water safety passports
· Supervisory Management training
· IOSH / SMSTS
· Extensive experience of working on water Infrastructure projects
· Full UK driving license
Additional Information
This role is key to our successful delivery of ULW and YW AMP8 Programme of work, you will be managing both Subcontractors and Direct reports, you will report directly to the Site Project manager.
