Unity Enterprise is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unity Homes & Enterprise, and for over two decades we have played a vital role in supporting economic regeneration, entrepreneurship, and opportunity across some of Leeds’ most diverse communities. From our three business centres in Chapeltown and the surrounding areas, we provide high quality, affordable workspace and tailored support to more than 90 businesses, creatives, and social enterprises. About the role
You will bring operational leadership to our business centres, maintain excellent relationships with our tenants, and drive forward our ambitions to grow, innovate, and secure long‑term sustainability. You will also play a key role in shaping partnerships, securing grant funding, and ensuring our services remain relevant, high quality, and aligned with our social mission.
