Now we need you — an experienced General Manager who can run the show with excellence, develop our team, and help us make Church House the blueprint for the next locations.

Your Role
As our GM, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of Church House, including:
• Leading & inspiring a front-of-house & kitchen team to deliver consistent, memorable guest experiences.
• Managing operations, from bookings to service to closing, with precision.
• Tracking KPIs: sales growth, food/labour costs, customer satisfaction, and team retention.
• Implementing our Independent Operations System so the business runs without owner involvement.
• Working alongside a training consultant to lock in staff consistency.
• Collaborating on marketing initiatives to keep the brand fresh and visible.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership skills — you know how to inspire teams and hold them accountable.
• Operational excellence — you understand cost control, stock management, and profit optimisation.
• A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
• Someone who loves building systems, not just running shifts.
