We're looking for a compassionate male support worker to join our dynamic community team in Bournemouth supporting a gentleman living in the Muscliff area. To be considered for this role you must hold a Full UK manual driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The role Luke lives independently in his own home in Muscliff. He communicates through visual aids such as PECS cards, signs and gestures, giving him his own unique way of sharing his thoughts and preferences. He enjoys a variety of activities, such as: * Taking peaceful walks through the forest. * Visiting the local farm to see the animals. * Riding the ferry across to Swanage for trips on the historic steam train. * On quieter days, Luke likes to unwind at home, completing puzzles or watching a Disney film. Luke receives 2:1 support and relies on his care team for assistance with personal care, medication and all meal preparation.
