Principal Engineer, Bridges & Structures - UK Wide

Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor teams in structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and the preparation of contract documents and technical reports.
* Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality services to clients.
* Champion innovative thinking and diverse perspectives to identify best-value solutions.
* Work closely with UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to optimise resources and ensure efficient, successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline
* Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills
* Project management skills related to bridge design or other disciplines
* Strong technical design and practical problem-solving skills
Additional information
Candidates ideally will have a background in bridge design; however, we are equally interested in candidates from other disciplines and industries.
Experience in asset management, structures renewals and post-tensioned structures, including post-tensioned special inspections (PTSI), is desirable.
