Company overview:
New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services to young people who have encountered trauma, leading to emotional and behavioural challenges. Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements.
Role overview:
We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management to the staff team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience working as a Senior Residential Care Worker for children.

You should be able to demonstrate or possess:
* Applicants must have 1 year Senior RCW and hold their NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
* Full UK manual driving Licence
* Access to your own transport
* You will be passionate about working within the care sector and committed to delivering high-quality care services and positive outcomes. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills together with the flexible attitude necessary in this demanding environment
* Keen interest in outdoor education is also an advantage as we encourage our young people to be actively involved in the outdoors. (If you have relevant and recognised outdoor activity qualifications you may receive an increase in your salary)
* Able to complete sleep-in rota
* The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure
