My client, a busy student accommodation company, requires an efficient temporary skilled labourer to assist with reactive and planned repairs on their student accommodation site.
Job duties can include:
* Assist with repair works on student accommodation site with assistance of the maintenance team
* Carry out basic building repairs (e.g., joinery, groundwork, plaster patching, painting, and decorating where necessary)
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Moving furniture and heavy items across the buildings
The perfect candidate will have:
* Proven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance
* Work well as a team or individually
* Awareness of Health & Safety requirements
