This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful and supportive department advising Housing Associations and Local Authorities on a broad range of housing-related disputes. The Role You will support Partners and Senior Associates across a varied caseload, including: Advising on and managing litigation relating to tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour Handling possession and injunction applications Defending housing disrepair claims brought by tenants Advising on tenancy clauses, succession, mutual exchange, and assignment matters Attending and representing clients at Court hearings Supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships Supervising and assisting junior team members where appropriate About You The successful candidate will demonstrate: 1–6 years’ PQE with experience in social housing litigation Strong commercial awareness and sound professional judgment The ability to manage competing priorities and meet challenging deadlines Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills Confidence working both independently and as part of a team Effective diary and time management skills A proactive, enthusiastic, and methodical approach The Firm This independent, full-service UK law firm is ranked within the UK Top 100 and has multiple offices nationwide.
