Full-Time Customer Service Adviser / Receptionist – Ferndown

Location: Ferndown, Dorset

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday – approximately 35 hours/week

Starting Salary: £25,000 + benefits

Healthy Hearing is a respected and growing provider of expert hearing care across Dorset, Rutland and Leicestershire. With a reputation built on trust, compassion and first-class service, we’re now looking for a confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser / Receptionist to join our Ferndown Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity created due to internal promotion and company expansion — a great time to come on board.

* IT competent – comfortable using Microsoft Office and in-house systems

Your Key Responsibilities:


* Provide a professional, friendly welcome to all clients — in person, by phone or by email
* Support clients with enquiries, appointment scheduling, and product information
* Manage reception duties, data entry, diary management and database updates
* Handle payments, petty cash and take keyholder responsibility
* Contribute to a positive, calm and caring environment — even on busy days
* Embrace training and development opportunities to expand your skills
