37 hours per week, term time only plus 3 weeks (41 weeks per year)

Grade 8, Pts 15 to 18 (£25,737 to £27,918)

Start Date: 24th August 2026

to collaborate with other Office Managers in the Trust?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Outwoods Edge Primary School as an Office Manager on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to work Monay to Thursday from 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday from 8.30am to 4.00pm.

As Office Manager, you will play a central role in the smooth and efficient running of our school office. Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure high quality administrative support, excellent communication with families, and a welcoming front of house experience for all visitors.

The ideal candidate will:

•Be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business

•Administration or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience

•Have experience of working in a busy school office

•Have a distinct focus on providing excellent customer service

•Be a highly organised individual with the ability to work to deadlines

•Can prioritise and multi-task varying competing demands

•Have experience of using Arbor, PSF, and Microsoft Office; although not essentia
