Dur in g the 12-month placement you will rotate between the below teams : Organisational Management This remit oversees The Walt Disney Company’s structure, handl in g position management and HR data impacts while ma in ta in in g high service standards and global partnerships. Dur in g this rotation, you will learn about headcount management, audits, and improv in g efficiencies. You will support system hierarchy and data in tegrity across regions and in teract with HR partners like Workforce Plann in g, Compensation and Benefits, Global HR Operations, and HR Bus in ess Partners. Human Resources In formation Systems (HRIS) As part of the HRIS function you will support with a broad range of operational and project support for our HR systems such as SAP and Workday in which you will work to manage the core structure, client engagement, data validation, test in g, troubleshoot in g, tra in in g, and project in tegration tasks. In this rotation, you will consult on bus in ess changes, translate requests in to functional requirements for technology teams, ensure accurate HR system setups for compliance, troubleshoot errors, and manage data changes and enhancements. In both roles you will support both the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Lat in America (LATAM) regions. You will ga in hands-on experience in strategic consultation, system troubleshoot in g, test in g system changes, and ensur in g HR systems meet bus in ess and legal requirements. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
