We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join an employer of choice in Hereford.

As Multi Skilled Engineer you will: Provide engineering support within the team and the wider business, ensuring planned maintenance and equipment failure issues are completed consistently and in a timely manner.
Carry out fault diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and provide rapid response to breakdown situations within the Maintained Areas.
Execute planned preventative maintenance tasks according to the plant schedule.
Undertake Engineering Planned Maintenance activities within the Department.
Ensure adherence to the CMMS requirements is mandatory so the company has a record of breakdown occurrence / time for the justification of improvement projects.
Ensure an effective face to face shift handover where there is a follow-on shift.
Ensure that safe working conditions are always maintained in conjunction with company 6's and Risk Assessment policies both in associated Areas and Responsible plant equipment.
Adopt and pursue a working style that will continually improve and enhance work practices within allocated area.
Assist with the improvement methods of reducing plant downtime and increasing plant efficiencies within the areas of responsibility, using modern improvement techniques/updates.
Ensure that all engineering plant areas are correctly serviced, maintained and calibrated.
