About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently looking for Team Members who can add that extra bit of sparkle to our guests’ holidays. You will work in our busy check-in area as part of the welcome team, delivering exceptional customer service.
You will assist guests as they arrive to start their holiday and be part of a team that ensures our guests' first impressions are memorable. No experience is necessary; working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to help you gain skills and confidence.
About You
No prior experience is required to join our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love chatting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working in our team. If you have previous experience, we would love to hear from you too.
Being a great team player is essential, and you should enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will be the same, so you should be open to trying new things and engaging with many different people.
Our resorts operate during the week and weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed.
This role is PART TIME, mainly on our busy Monday and Friday intake days, with working hours from 11am to 9pm, and some flexibility with start and end times.
