Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Marketing, based in Leatherhead with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, manage market planning, conduct market research, and coordinate public relations activities. The role includes collaboration with sales teams to drive revenue growth and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the marketing strategy, positioning, and long-term vision for all Cloud Assist brands, reinforcing our reputation for enterprise excellence.
* Lead and mentor a small internal team while managing agencies and freelancers to enhance marketing capabilities and creativity.
* Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing initiatives that drive demand and brand growth.
* Oversee and direct digital strategy execution, including email marketing, PPC, social media, SEO, and content marketing initiatives.
* Develop and implement compelling event marketing strategies, focusing on webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
* Guide multimedia initiatives to expand our reach through video content and podcast programming.
* Approve press releases and collaborate with websites, partners, and media outlets to promote the company's achievements and updates.
* Set marketing budgets, define KPIs, and establish a robust performance reporting system to track success and inform future strategies.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience with enterprise-focused brands and transformative SaaS solutions
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech consulting environment
* Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams
* Extensive experience in developing marketing strategy, executing multi-channel campaigns, and building strong brand identities
* Advanced knowledge of platforms and tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Google GA4, and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage PR and media relationships.
* Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the executive level
* Must be UK-based with the ability to travel regularly to our Leatherhead office for hybrid working arrangements
Location & Work Arrangement
Hybrid working is available with required travel to our Leatherhead office. Regular travel may be expected, both nationally and internationally, to attend events and optimise team collaboration and leadership presence. Flexibility around travel is important, and an in-date passport is required to support occasional international commitments with reasonable notice.
