Your Role
Provide strong admin support to the heating & compliance team
Process and validate timesheets to meet weekly/monthly deadlines
Support reception desk on a rota during busy periods
Assist with new starters and leavers administration
Handle ad hoc duties requested by the Business Support Manager
Deliver excellent customer service across the business
What We Need
Good level of education
Strong administrative experience and organisational skills
Competent with computerised database systems and analytical tasks
Excellent customer service focus
Social Housing experience (advantageous)
