Our client, a premium manufacturer of medical aesthetic devices, is seeking its new Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen their presence across the region.
The sales team operates within a flat, collaborative structure - working with intelligence, autonomy, and enthusiasm in an environment designed to cultivate both success and long-term career satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop compelling business opportunities that deliver measurable value for partner aesthetic clinics.
* Regularly review performance and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Analyse multiple data sources to forecast, track, and report performance against sales goals.
* Build strong partnerships with clinics by understanding their drivers, ambitions, and long-term growth strategies.
* Maintain expert knowledge across defined aesthetic therapy areas.
* Deliver tailored solutions to maximise the adoption and utilisation of the company’s device portfolio.
Person Specification
* 5+ years’ experience in medical sales, ideally within aesthetics or a closely related field.
* Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving organisation.
* Resilient, highly organised, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Commercially driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging at all levels of a client’s organisation.
* Competent with data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office suite), with the ability to produce high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports.
* Full UK driving licence.
