Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of Leaf & Cane, ensuring it remains a vibrant, premium destination and delivers an exceptional guest experience.
* Drive service excellence by maintaining high standards in beverage quality, presentation, and overall atmosphere.
* Manage, train, and inspire the bar team, fostering a culture of professionalism, creativity, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and curate an innovative drinks programme that reflects Leaf & Cane’s unique concept and keeps the offering fresh and exciting.
* Oversee all aspects of beverage service, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency across the venue.
* Control inventory and costs, manage supplier relationships, and implement strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
* Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create and deliver engaging promotions and experiences that strengthen the brand and attract guests.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. With strong knowledge of bar operations, mixology trends, and cost control, you combine creativity with commercial awareness. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both people and processes. A hands‑on leader, you bring energy, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining Leaf & Cane’s reputation as a premier late-night destination.
