We are seeking an outstanding Principal to lead the Foundation into its next chapter of strategic evolution. This is a rare opportunity to serve as Principal of a financially strong, award-winning organisation with real momentum and ambition. The Principal will provide clear strategic leadership across a thriving multi-school Foundation, ensuring continued academic excellence while advancing our commitment to equity, access and partnership working. Central to the role is a deep belief that independent education can and should be a force for public good.
The successful candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience in education, ideally within an independent or multi-school organisation, together with the strategic clarity, financial and commercial acumen, and people-centred leadership required to guide the Foundation through a changing sector landscape. They will inspire confidence through authenticity, integrity and humility; build strong, collaborative relationships with staff, governors, parents and partners; and foster a culture in which pupils and staff are known, supported and able to flourish.
This role offers genuine strategic scope: shaping the long-term future and reach of the Foundation, leading curriculum innovation, investing in people and facilities, and strengthening partnerships that widen opportunity and social mobility.
