Hiring: NPD Manager | Beauty & Personal Care

What you'll be doing:
* Owning the full NPD process from concept through to launch, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to brief
* Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, design, supply chain, regulatory and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
* Briefing and working closely with formulation and packaging suppliers to bring ideas to life
* Managing critical paths, budgets, and product costings
* Coordinating product testing, claims validation and sampling
* Overseeing product artwork, copy, and compliance in collaboration with regulatory and legal teams
* Supporting sustainability and innovation initiatives within the product portfolio
* Monitoring product performance post-launch and contributing to continuous improvement strategies
We’re looking for:
* Proven experience in an NPD or Product Development role within Beauty, Cosmetics or Personal Care
* A true passion for beauty and an eye for trends
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and juggle timelines
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
