Technical Support Engineer - German speaking

Our Yorkshire based client develop and manufacture a range of equipment / desk-top instrumentation. They are actively recruiting for an English/German speaking Technical Support Engineer
Duties for this position will include :-
* Providing technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area
* Responsibility for day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone
* Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
* Translating and writing technical sales literature for product documentation
Please note this is predominantly desk role, based working within a small technical team, full technical, and product training and support will be given.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre within Physical Sciences and will also be bi-lingual, with English + German. You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly; in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently. Excellent IT and Communication skills desired.
This is a permanent position offering an attractive depending on skills and experience) Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis
