You'll be happy to know our sole focus is on helping customers rather than working on targets, which gives you total freedom on your calls to assist in a time frame that's right for your customers. You’ll answer 30 calls per day, live chat enquiries, social media messages and emails. As this is based in a contact centre environment we are looking for individuals who have at least 1 year's worth of contact centre or telephone based experience. This is a MUST for the role, without this you will not be considered. 2 week rotational shift pattern: Week 1 shift: 7:15AM - 1:15PM Monday to Friday (Saturday shift) Week 2 shift: 1:15PM - 9PM Monday to Thursday, early finish on Fridays Apply now to be considered
