We are a 21-bed care home, well-nestled in Bewdley, proud of delivering person-centred care with a Good CQC rating. To continue upholding these standards, we are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team.
The role is about bringing meaningful activities and engagement to our residents – from games and hobbies to creative sessions and community involvement. We want someone who is active, alert, and full of ideas, able to plan enjoyable daily activities, encourage participation, and help bring the outside community into the home by inviting local guests and groups.
If you have a passion for making a difference in residents' lives and can bring energy, creativity, and care into this role, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a bubbly, energetic person who is passionate about creating and organizing exciting activities and environments for our residents.
You will be responsible for organizing a weekly activities plan and communicate with the community outside of our home to develop future plans and events. If you are passionate about caring for the elderly and those with dementia we would love to hear from you.

Education:
