Job Summary
Legal clerk / Trainee Solicitor required to assist in busy Crown Court and Magistrates Court Department. The role requires the successful candidate to prepare client files, by attendance at court and upon clients. Participation on the firms Police station rota to include out of hours attendance at the police station is an essential duty, which attracts out of hours remuneration. Police station accreditation an advantage, although full training can be given. Attractive package available to the right candidate. Immediate start available. Previous applicants need not apply.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Preferably qualified to degree standard, although those candidates demonstrating excellent academic ability, will be at a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will be hard working, committed to attention to detail and able to work as part of a motivated team of fee earners and individually. Must possess a full driving licence and have own fully insured motor vehicle. Excellent client care is a pre-requisite.
