Key Responsibilities As an Ocean Freight Coordinator, you will: Manage daily import/export operations for Manchester-based clients. Prepare and submit Customs entries. Liaise with clients regarding documentation, deliveries, and charges. Provide quotations and respond to inquiries professionally. Use CargoWise 1 (CW1) to load jobs and monitor ETAs. Handle account management, invoicing, and documentation including PODs and C88s. Coordinate with branch offices and warehouse teams. Support the Branch Manager with additional tasks as needed.
