Job Purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our Marketing team to support with various marketing activities and initiatives across multiple channels whilst working towards a Level 3 Marketing Qualification.
Responsibilites:
1. Innovation & Renovation: Manage artwork developments and commercialisation milestones to provide visibility of project progress against key deliverables (incl. managing technical translation inputs for international artwork development.
2. NPD: Critical path management of NPD projects & New Line Form management (USA & UK).
3. Brandbank: Ensure all products are listed and communicated correctly to retailers.
4. On pack QR codes: Manage use of QR codes to effectively link to desired comms.
5. Trade shows: Registration, planning & implementation of UK & EU.
6. In-store Retail Media tracking: Roamler store check management.
7. Reviews: Monitor online customer reviews and report back any notable findings.
8. Complaints: Work with Customer Services to ensure effective tracking and resolution of consumer complaints.
9. PO creation, tracking and reporting.
10. Internal Communications: Support Newsletter creation, ensure internal messaging is current and within brand guidelines & supporting marketing events company wide as required.
11. Attendance college as required, leading to recognised NVQ qualification.
12. To maintain a logbook over the duration of the apprenticeship period, recording projects and documenting work that has been undertaken and the skills learned.
13. Following apprenticeship Standard as required.
14. Carry out any other reasonable duties and ad-hoc projects associated with the role as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
15. Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft 365 suite of App’s.
16. A minimum of 5 GCSE's, or equivalent, at Grade A to C (4 to 7) including English and Maths.

Shift Pattern:
28. Monday to Friday, Office based.
