Leeds or Birmingham Salary: to £45K base uncapped commission Our client is a high-calibre player in Technology and Professional Services Recruitment and part of a larger independent Recruitment Group. The group specialises in interim, change management and leadership talent across six continents particularly in technology, digital transformation and emerging leader markets. They are currently a lean team of 10, 3 x Business Development (in Retail and FS Recruitment), 3 highly experienced delivery consultants and 3 admin support. This means you will be operating in a high-visibility, high‐impact role where your hustle directly drives results. In line with business expansion, the company are seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant focused on Senior level Global Assignments within Change and Transformation. The roles will be acquired and managed by the BDM's and your responsibility will be to headhunt globally to procure long lists/short lists of relevant candidates. Experience Required: At least 7 years experience of Recruitment Delivery either from within a Technology Recruitment Agency, Retained Search Consultancy, Management Consultancy or Global Technology Company (Talent Acquisition). Salary & Benefits Base salary: £30,000 to £50,000 base (dependent on experience).
