We’re Hiring: 2nd Line Technical Support Advisor

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote each week

Reports to: Technical Operations Manager

About the Role:

As a 2nd Line Technical Support Advisor, you will provide advanced technical product support across multiple Tes products. You’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and 3rd Line teams to ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues, identify product bugs or enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Provide 2nd line technical support to customers across various Tes products.

Manage technical queries, incidents, and problems through to resolution.

Identify and escalate potential bugs, enhancements, and feature requests.

Log, track, and update support cases using JIRA.

Integrate and maintain school MIS information systems.

Ensure careful handling of sensitive data, adhering to privacy regulations.

Maintain up-to-date technical and product knowledge to advise customers effectively.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to resolve issues.

Follow escalation procedures and support other operations functions as needed.

Experience using MS Office Suite.

Familiarity with web-based tools like TeamViewer, Office 365, Jira, LogMeIn Rescue.

Strong technical aptitude for working with software products.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work independently or in a team.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Calm under pressure, with a professional and positive attitude.
