We are currently seeking Sous Chefs who are passionate about cooking and eager to showcase their culinary skills and creativity. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles, preparing high-quality dishes, and working alongside chefs at all levels. Pastry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include menu writing, research and development, allergen training, team leadership on match and non-match days, and managing high food production levels. Some office-based tasks are also part of the role.
This is a full-time, permanent position (35 hours/week, 5 days from 7), based at Anfield Stadium.
